Meet Dr. Scott Hamilton
Orthodontist, D.D.S., M.S.D.
“I feel extremely blessed to be an orthodontist. I get up every morning just looking forward to the day. It’s one of the best things that I could possibly ever do, so it’s been a blessing for me.”
A native of Topeka, Kansas, “Dr. Scott” received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry, where he graduated with the highest scholastic standing in his class and received a number of other awards for academic excellence. Dr. Scott earned his master’s degree in dentistry while completing his orthodontic residency at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Scott also serves on the board of directors of several professional organizations and is very active in community and charitable events. He and his wife, Mary, have three children, Whitney, Chase, and Blake; and two grandchildren.
Meet Dr. Don Wilson
Orthodontist, D.D.S.

Dr. Don received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree as well as his specialty certificate in orthodontics from the University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry, where he received numerous awards for his academic achievements and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. After finishing his professional education, he returned to his hometown of Topeka to join Dr. Scott in practice. He has earned the distinction of being named a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an honor bestowed to fewer than 25 percent of all practitioners.
Dr. Don serves on the board of directors of several professional and charitable organizations. He participates in many community and church-related activities and enjoys all sports, especially tennis and golf. Dr. Don and his wife, Kim, have three children, Jordan, Erin, and Scott.
Meet Dr. Gena Hendrickson
Orthodontist, D.D.S., M.S.D.
“When a patient sits in our chair, they feel that love amongst our office. They feel that love amongst our doctors and we hope that that gives them a really good amount of confidence when they leave here.”
Also a native of Topeka, Kansas, “Dr. Gena” received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class and received a number of awards and scholarships for her excellence in academics, research, and leadership. Following graduation, Dr. Gena went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Oral Biology while completing the Graduate Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics residency at UMKC. She loves practicing orthodontics with Dr. Scott and Dr. Don in her hometown.
Dr. Gena is dedicated to serving her community and is involved with local charitable organizations, including the Easter Seals Capper Foundation. She is married to Topeka native Jeremy, and together they have two children. Dr. Gena’s family loves spending time outdoors and attending KSU football games. They are proud to be raising their family in Topeka.
