It’s that time of the year once again when we’re starting to prepare for the wonderful holiday season! There will be many parties and get-togethers to attend that usually involve eating lots of delicious holiday foods. But if you’re wearing braces, there are some foods you need to steer clear of, such as hard, crunchy, chewy and sticky foods as these are the types of foods that can damage or break your braces.

The good news is that there are still many holiday foods you can enjoy without worrying about doing harm to your braces. Here are a couple of holiday recipes to consider making that everyone can enjoy, regardless if they’re wearing braces or not.
