One of the things we’re most proud of at Wilson & Hendrickson is that we “team treat” every patient that we see.
So what does that mean? Team-treating means that every time you come into the office, our two doctors are looking at your treatment plan! Both of us are brainstorming ideas for your case and working together to develop the best course of treatment plan for you or your child. It’s All About Serving Our Patients
None of us have an ego — and being able to see what another professional we trust sees on a daily basis is a huge plus to our patients! But also, professionally it is such a blessing. It truly is a luxury to have those extra set of eyes on every single case — two sets, at that! We collaborate all the time, even spending a lot of time after hours looking over the cases together and discussing what’s going to benefit our patients the most. It’s definitely a win-win scenario!
So What’s Our Secret?
This kind of true collaboration would be really difficult for many people, regardless of what industry they’re in. But for our team, it’s the result of years-long friendships, mutual respect, and admiration for each other. Frankly, we are a big part of each other’s lives! We share a lot of our personal and family lives with each other — but first and foremost, we share the same passion for orthodontics.
It’s not uncommon for one of us to wake up in the middle of the night inspired with a great treatment breakthrough — and we just have to share it — and immediately text it to each other. And just like that, both of us are up and shooting ideas back and forth at 4 a.m.!
We know it’s a little crazy — but we really do like talking shop with each other. Even in the middle of the night! We’re so proud of the team of doctors we have here at Wilson & Hendrickson. And we’re so proud of the care we provide and the results we can attain every time we come to work.
